CUSTOM ENGRAVING         

For the past 30 years BW Industrial Graphics has been custom engraving products to almost any specification for our industrial clients. We offer three methods of engraving: Laser, Reverse Engraving, and traditional Rotary Engraving.

Laser Engraving is precise and is generally the preferred method of engraving stainless steel and other metals, as well as plastic and acrylics.  Laser metal marking creates crisp black lettering, particularly ideal for stainless steel & aluminum.

Reverse Engraving is carried out on the back side rather than the exposed surface of, generally, 1/16 thick acrylic material. The engraving is then filled with a choice of paint colors. The finished product looks somewhat like our printed Overlay process.  Reverse Engraved products are commonly used in situations of high abuse and or wash down areas.  It is resistant to heat and most chemicals.

We use traditional Rotary Engraving methods to engrave Aluminum Pushbuttons, Brass, Phenolic, Acrylic, and Plastic.

BW Industrial Graphics, Inc. manufactures a wide variety of custom metal nameplates in Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass.  Whether they are Laser, Rotary Engraved, or Custom Printed we can produce Metal Nameplates individually or in production quantities.
