CONTROL PANEL OVERLAYS

• A control panel overlay is usually manufactured using a clear substrate such as Polycarbonate or Polyester.  It is reverse printed on the backside of either of those substrates to create graphic buttons, instructional text, indicator areas and branding elements, allowing the printed detail to be viewed through the front face.  Application specific adhesive is applied to the backside of the graphic fascia and then cut to the client’s specifications.

BW Industrial Graphics digital overlays have the highest level of scratch and chemical resistance available. This results in a product that looks and performs like a screen printed graphic but is produced in a fraction of the time and cost.  All graphics are designed and saved in an electronic format which affords us the ability to make changes to an overlay in a matter of minutes. Our ability to die-cut the graphics in house, eliminates lengthy lead times and expensive tooling charges.
